We can alert you of special fares and offerings on particular trips of interest to you, and work more diligently to meet your specific travel needs once we know specifically what your tastes are. Personal Travel Administrator

As one of our clients, you will have a Personal Travel Administrator that is available to you via cell phone at any time leading up to, as well as throughout the duration of your trip. Your Personal Travel Administrator receives all notifications from all suppliers and is alerted directly of any last minute changes to your itinerary. Rest assured, your Personal Travel Administrator will notify you immediately and facilitate any issues that arise, assuring your peace of mind throughout your travels.

Your Personal Travel Administrator will have your contact information with them at ALL TIMES while you are away on your Travels. Should an emergency arise, your Personal Travel Administrator will be close at hand to help with whatever is needed to ensure your trip goes as planned.

ALL of our clients are given access to our Exclusive Travel Resources. These are private resources available right at your fingertips, to browse at your leisure as you prepare for your trip. Our Exclusive Travel Resources include: tips sheets, suggestions on packing, what regional cuisine to try, what to expect upon your arrival, basic foreign language resources (if applicable), cultural, historical & travel videos related to your specific destination, helpful website links, maps of specific areas and much, much more!

LIVE Online Support

We offer LIVE online support to our clients (scheduled at your convenience) so you can get your questions answered in REAL TIME! We even give our clients a helpful pre-trip checklist to ensure you have someone lined up to watch the dog, record your favorite shows, and gather your mail while you're away. We've seen too many cases where Travel Insurance was not in place and an unexpected emergency happened.

We strongly recommend that every Traveler purchase Trip Insurance for their travels. Their policy should include Trip Cancellation & Interruption coverage to protect themselves in the event of a personal emergency that may cause the Traveler to cancel their trip or have to cut it short for unforeseen reasons. We advise coverage from door to door to ensure your trip is seamless and your investment is protected against loss.

Escorted Travel Packages

To save you time in making your decision to Travel with us on one of our Escorted Travel Packages, we've compiled a general listing of helpful questions you might have, with the answers we'd give! Click on a heading below to see our response.

We strive to price our trips as fairly as possible so they are affordable for every traveler that travels with us.

At this time, we are offering our Return Travelers an additional 10% off to any Fully Escorted Travel Package we offer.

Escorted Trip Fees paid to us are not tax-deductible. A sample support letter is given to all of our Mission Trip & Study Abroad Travelers (along with other suggestions) for raising full support for their trip. This way, our travelers are able to reimburse themselves for any travel expenses they've paid.

We are happy to arrange payment plans for Travelers on our Fully Escorted Travel Packages. (Additional $25 processing fee applies)

Just e-mail us, let us know which Escorted Travel Package you're interested in. We will work with you personally to set up a payment plan. (Please be advised that full payment of Escorted Trip Fees must be deposited by the Minimums Date of the Escorted Travel Package you are registering for.

Should you need to cancel your Trip, withholding of the Administration Fee ($150) still applies.

We encourage all of our Travelers NOT to use borrowed funds to purchase a Trip with us.

In the words of Dave Ramsey… “The best Trip you could ever take, is the one that doesn’t follow you home.”

The Minimums Date is the date by which this Trip must reach the minimum number of travelers. If minimum is not reached, all Travelers will receive 100% refund of their Trip Fee. We do not publish our registration numbers because they change daily. Travelers will be notified within 5 business days of the Minimums Date.

For the safety and security of all of our Travelers & Staff, background checks are conducted on ALL Trip Leaders & Travelers, ages 25 or older.  This is standard practice on ALL of the Escorted Travel Packages that we offer, without exception, when minors are traveling. There is no additional cost to the Traveler for this protection.

Refund requests for our Escorted Travel Packages may be made at any time up to the Minimums Date of the Escorted Travel Package you have selected. The Refund amount will be the Full Amount the Traveler has paid, minus an Administration Fee of $150.00. Please be advised that PayPal may take up to 30 days to process refund requests.

We're sorry, but NO REFUNDS will be issued after the Minimums Date has passed for our Escorted Travel Packages.

We strongly recommend that each Traveler personally purchase Trip Insurance which includes Cancellation & Interruption coverage, to protect themselves in the event of an personal emergency that requires the Traveler to cancel their trip AFTER the Minimums Date has passed for the Escorted Travel Package they have registered for.

We are happy to assist our clients with quotes for Travel Insurance policies that will best protect your travel plans from door to door.

When a Traveler registers for an Escorted Travel Package with us, we consider that to be a commitment; on both of our parts. We reserve a spot for the Traveler, begin processing all the administrative related components of the registration as well as pay fees to process your transaction. This assures that the Traveler has a spot and may prevent other Travelers from registering for the Escorted Trip.

Traveler Trip Cancellation -
From the time of Registration up until the Minimums Date for that Escorted Travel Package, should the Traveler need to cancel their trip, they will receive a refund of their Trip Fee, minus the Administration Fee of $150.

No refunds will be given after the Minimums Date for the Escorted Trip has passed.

We are happy to assist our clients with quotes for Travel Insurance policies that will best protect your travel plans from door to door.

We strongly recommend that each Traveler personally purchase Trip Insurance for their travels, including Cancellation & Interruption coverage to protect themselves in the event of a personal emergency that may cause the Traveler to cancel their trip AFTER the Minimums Date has passed for their Escorted Trip and no refund is available.

We are happy to assist our clients with quotes for policies that will best protect your travel plans from door to door.

Your Trip Leader/Escort will be posting photos throughout the trip. Be sure to "Like" our Facebook Page to get all the latest updates on what adventures we're up to on a trip!

Oh, and rest assured, your Trip Leader has ALL emergency contact information with them at ALL TIMES. Should an emergency arise, we'll be sure to have your emergency contact information close at hand.

We LOVE that families would like to connect with their student traveler while abroad! And we encourage you to make your plans to do that after our trip ends! For the safety and security of the entire group, we do not permit scheduled or spontaneous visits from any family members, friends or others while a traveler (any age) is on any Escorted Trip with us. Parents are welcome to arrange for pick-up at the departure airport prior to our return to the U.S., to collect their student, but please be advised that we are unable to adjust any traveler flights that are booked with the group. Traveler must understand that they will forfeit their return leg with the group flight and need to purchase an alternative flight home at a later date at their own expense.
